Problems when trying to show TOPIC title

Hi all...
I've just updated my mod to 1.2.5 but I'm getting some errors...
1st: When I select the last topic (not post) title the mod stops working (like it was never installed)...
2nd: When I select to go to the first post of the last topic or the first unread post of the last topic the forum says that the selected topic/post does not exist...

However i've translated the MOD in Italian (I'll attach the file in another topic)... I await for solution, expecially for the 1st bug...
