Where are installation instructions to upgrade 1.02 to 1.04

Error description and message
I noticed today that my gallery is already outdated by 2 versions. I downloaded the current 1.04 version but I could not find the instructions on how to upgrade my board. Can someone please tell me how to upgrade from version 1.02 to 1.04. Thank you in advance.

in the contrib folder there is an update from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 and from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4

Can you please tell me how do I upgrade? Which files do I need to upload and do I upgrade through the bulletin board or do I have to manually edit the files. I did find the upgrade files (1.02 to 1.03....) but I could not find the instructions on how to upgrade. Thank you in advance.

The UPDATE.XML files that you find under the UPDATE_1_0_x_TO_1_0_x folders in the CONTRIB part of the downloaded package are the instructions on how to upgrade. Theses instructions tell you which files from the package to upload, what files to edit, and any other steps you may need to take.
