NV recent topics not showing on index page

I followed the guide step by step, Installed, got the confirmation, refreshed all aspects of the prosilver style, deactivated all other styles and I still cant get it to show.

I can see the ACP .mods tab with the NV recent topics settings
I am not running anything else other than phpbb defaults
I am using version 3.02 of phpbb and NV recent topics v1.0.3

How do I fix this problem so it does display on the index page?
I'm fairly confident I did not make any SQL errors.

This looks like a great mod and extremely useful for my forum, so can someone help me get it working?

however, its almost entirely restricted unless you have a account.

Evan, I just logged on using those test credentials and for me Recent Topics is showing just fine on the index. Could this have to do with your browsers cache showing you old info? Maybe you should just logoff/logon to clear some cookie related stuff.

BTW: if you have other mods, you should upgrade your board to the latest version (3.0.4) before adding extra's.

Thanks for checking it out, I tried that just now and no luck; but I will try from another computer. I will also update to 3.0.4 and hopefully that solves my problem.

Ahh, I tried logging in with the troubleshoot account and it worked for me as well, must just be how i have some admin setting.
