can admin create albums and subslbums for users?

Error description and message
hi,

I started using the great gallery !
Now I have old albums of users which exist in old gallery tool. (not phpbb).
I want to move the albums by myself to the gallerry.
I want these albums to be personal album of the user.
I found that using the "import image" option I can set a personal album of a user to be the album
that images are imported into.
In the "import image" I can also set the "uploaded by" option.
Now I only need to create sub-album for users personal album.
Can I do it as admin ?

I don't think so, but you could change the password of the user and than add the albums in the UCP.
Or you tell the user to create them.
