Users cannot upload image to own personals album.
Error description and message
Hi i still have problems with permissions for standard users. My users cannot upload images to "Own Personal Albums" in UCP - gallery.....

- Here you can see my permissions for Own personal albums (same for Standard registered users, new users and COPPA users).
THX for help, i tried fix it in every update of PHPBB Gallery over 1 year
