Upload button not showing in Firefox/Avant

Error description and message
I'm currently having issues with the upload image button, similar to some of the other topics.
Although I've partially solved the issue it still exists for other people.
I've found that it doesn't work on plain firefox (no addons) or avant and I'm not sure about other browsers, to recreate the issue use the link for my gallery using firefox (without addons) or avant, I have the settings right to allow guests to view and upload so you should be able to see the button.

just wondering how i can get it to show on every browser without addons or having the user to change to another browser?

I can not see the page but see a login box.

Probably because I recently updated it to 3.0.9 and that broke the gallery meaning I had to reinstall, the issue seems to have gone away now
