Gallery Link Misbehaving

Error description and message
Finally figured out the install problems. Now one last thing. Probably a typo on my part.

When a logged in user clicks on the Gallery link, it does not -do- anything. I think this is because the href is blank like so:

<li class="icon-gallery"><a href="" title="Image Gallery">Gallery</a></li>

I'm sure it's a typo. Where did I go wrong?

No need. I just slogged through functions.php and found my typo.
