NV Not showing up

I have read through the forum for ideas of why its not showing.

I changed back to sub silver template, refreshed everything.

I checked the database I see the new tables.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall, both went with success but its not showing.

Is there any editing I need to do to the index page?

OK got it working, didn't know where the instruction file was.

Issue I am having right now is the amount of time it takes to load the page.

I have quite a bit of topics for it to go through.

Seems to take for ever.

Is there any remedy for this?

I set the recent topic pages to 1 and recent topics to 3.
