Forgive my ignorance but do I run the install file after or before I upload the edited files.
This is not too clear from the instructions.

Hi Nick. You talked about processing, well let me tell ya, I have been doing a lot of that for sure. I'm a newbe, and trying very hard to catch on to this. I'm now 60, but I really like learning things. I have subsilver2, 3.0.4. I have been trying to get the gallery installed correctly for a few days now. I can tell you I can get up a site, and ready pretty quickly now... I now have a new board loaded on site. I replaced all the files by the instructions, step by step. Downloaded, changed, then uploaded back to their positions. I then installed the installs. Of course, I had to remove them for the board to work after. What I have now is this...I'm the only member at the moment. GALLERY is at the top like this {GALLERY}
I can click on it, it trys to load, but does not. I feel I have not done something correctly, again...Can you point me in the right direction ? I need easy to understand steps please. Here is a link to my forum.
