Recent images on news page

I was wondering if it's possible to put recent images on my newspage. I understand how to do it on the forum but I can't seem to get it to work on the news page. Thanks for the newspage mod! It's awesome.

Should be quite easy using the recent block:
rrc_configurator.php

the tutorial is just missing the template edit.
So just add

<!-- INCLUDE gallery/recent_body.html -->

to your newspage_body.html

Thank you worked like a charm. I was putting the config settings in the wrong file!
