Hello, I hope you can help me with this.

I used to have a perfectly running gallery until I recently updated it. I think it's my own fault for breaking it, but I can't seem to get it working.
I went from 0.4.0 RC1 upto the newest version after updating the phpBB version to 3.0.4, everything went fine but when I did the install part, I by mistake, installed as if it was a new gallery. This action wiped my gallery and all the pictures. Damn! Nevermind I thought, I had them all as a backup so I could just re-upload them.
After that, I redid the installation as an upgrade and then removed the folder. Now in my gallery I don't get any errors or issues but no one can see the images.
They are uploading fine, they go into the "upload" & "cache" folder on the server but as you can see from my link, the images do not show at all, they are just a text link which when you press, still don't show an image.

Now before posting this I have gone over the files step by step twice and found one thing I did wrong which, I fixed in the session.php, after which and I re-uploaded all the files and I performed an upgrade again. It's still doing exactly the same ie not showing any pictures.

Would anyone be able to help me with this? It would be most appreciated.

Thanks for the reply Nick. I saw that the first time I did it, but now I have an empty gallery. I have uploaded since reinstalling so I don't think that applies. The images I upload are already in that directory.

I think the problem may lie in the php stuff. Since I messed up on reinstalling and then updating somethings gone wrong. I know I could go into it and delete the gallery stuff then reinstall but I don't trust myself doing it incase I delete the wrong thing.

Try uploading thru ftp and import the pics and see if they are entering the tables properly..U might need not have the entire tables and modules installed again..Just try to ftp into the gallery/images/import folder

Thanks for the reply. Just tried that now, importing via the ACP with a couple of images and they are doing exactly the same. Just a name, not showing any image at all.

Not sure what else to do? I really would like to get this working again because it's a damn good mod!

looks like a permission issue....try setting the album permissions and then try again..

Thanks for the reply. Permissions deleted, then re-added. All set to yes for Admin and Moderators. Still no difference.

Same here if I don´t remember wrong.
The issue for me was that I skipped (by mistake) to upgrade to 0.4.0 from 0.4.0 RC3 before upgrade to 0.4.1.

I could be wrong here, I apologize in case...

If so, just do the update.xml (and don't run the updater again)

Cheers for the replies thus far.

When I rechecked everything I went through the installation as if I was installing 0.4.1 from scratch. So all my files match that exactly. I have just gone through all the update files checking the replace with tags to see if there was anything I didn't update. Everything is up to date. I could of missed something but i've been over them 4 times now and haven't found a problem. Obviously somethings wrong somewhere so im missing something. But what?
