New feature suggestion

Hi,
I have just installed the MOD and I am happy with it.
I am thinking about a little improvement that I do not know how dificult to implement should be.
It would be nice if the tittle of the post showed by this MOD had different colors, depending on the topic being read or not.
That way, in a quick view, if you see "italic" and red topics (for example), you will know that they are unread.
I would like to know how to code it, but I am afraid that my skills are not enough.
