NV_usertopics hangs my site when I synchronize topics
Is very slow, what can I do to get equal time with the synchronization forum posts?

You should just sync that once.
It will automatically increase while posting afterwards.

When my forum was less synchronizing threads he now has more threads it crashes

The synchronization of messages does not crash
