Updating a realy old forum with Gallery 0.4.1

ok, now everything in the ACP seems to work (although it shows things like { CURRENT_VERSION } not real text)
, but when I click on gallery in the forum, it doesn't show the album..

what can I do?

download a new version of phpbb modify the code as mentioned in install.xml and than upload all that files.

A lot of work, but it works finally. Now I only have to change the { TEXT } into readable text.
