Update my gallery

Error description and message
Well as seen i have an real old version of gallery. But to update it to the latest version would take so much time for me. Like 10 hours or something. So my question is can i delete my gallery totaly and then just reinstall with the latest version?
But how can i save all the comments and images that shows in phpbb gallery mod?

Or is there another easy way to make the mod fresh and up to date?

The update from 1.0.6 does not need 10 hours
You can remove all file edits from 1.0.6 and just follow the install manual of 1.1.6 than.
Afterwards just select update when running the install/ script.
