This might work well with the "Featured Image" request made earlier. I have wanted to implement a slide show for selected images in the gallery, but don't know how to make it work.

I would like a moderator or admin to select certain images for a list that's read by an embedded slide show script. The list has certain images cut out, depending on permissions of the user, but in an early version maybe all users can see the images selected for the list.

I think this has been requested before, but not sure what happened to the idea.
