I found this feature on IPBoard Gallery, Facebook and Flickr.

Where members ctrl+click multiple images and they are listed. They click confirm upload and
the upload progress is shown. I believe its either AJAX or Flash.

I was looking for a Zip Upload feature. This would be nice too.
