Don't convert word accents correctly. (new)

 

I update my PHP Gallery from 1.0.6 to 1.1.6 version and I'm having a problem with accents in portuguese words (usernames, more preciselly).

For example, insted of show "São", it is showing "São", can you help me to fiz this, please?
