I changed site styles from prosilver to proformell and when I view my site the gallery link is not there. Can someone please tell me what I need to do in order to have the gallery show up in the proformell style. Thank you in advance.

Can you please tell me how do I upgrade? Which files do I need to upload and do I upgrade through the bulletin board or do I have to manually edit the files. I did find the upgrade files (1.02 to 1.03....) but I could not find the instructions on how to upgrade. Thank you in advance.
