Oh, I get it now. The server is reaching the 32Mb memory limit for the script.

The sizes are all set much higher in the configuration. None of these exceed these settings.

Maximum file size (bytes): 5280000

Maximum image width (pixels): 4000

Maximum image height (pixels): 4000

They are all JPG files.

For 1.0.0 you need to copy all files. Copy: root/gallery/images/*.* To: gallery/images/*.* Copy: root/gallery/includes/*.* To: gallery/includes/*.* Copy: root/gallery/mcp/*.* To gallery/mcp/*.* Is mentioned for users who would only copy the files from the gallery folder not the subfolders.
